Mindee's baby shower

We went to New Braunfels this past weekend to shower our cousin Mindee and her baby girl that is due about a week before our boy. Kaley had so much fun running around and bossing all the other kids around.

29 weeks

I went to the Dr at 28 weeks and the Dr said I was measuring small(whatever that means). I will have a sonogram at my next Dr appointment in two weeks to find out. I cant believe it is already time for my two week checkups. I am a little worried about the small thing but I am very excited to have another sonogram. My Dr said I was small with Kaley too. I would hate to see what I looked like if I measured big.
I dont always look so ruff just when I remember to take a picture.

"The best friend ever"

Aunt Haley came down for about 2 weeks and we loved having her here. Kaley Rose said she is "the best friend ever" and I agree. We went to the beach, the aquarium, splashpark, shopping, and just hung out. Kaley took swimming lessons while she was here. Kaley doesnt love getting her face wet but at the end of the two weeks she was ok with a little water on her face. She liked kicking her feet but did not want to blow bubbles. She wanted to lead the swim lesson instead of following directions but she had fun.
Grandpa Mickey and great grandma Nielsen came to visit us too.

Mini Vacation

Cole spent a week working in Houston so Kaley, Gigi and I made a mini vacation out of it. We started out by going to Dallas to visit some friends and picking up Gigi. Then we spent the week in Houston. We went to the zoo,

the childrens museum,

and visited some family.
One of Kaley 's favorite parts of Houston was the hotel elevator. She loved pushing the button and going up and down. Bye hotel, we are headed to the beach house.
We went to see family and celebrate Kaleys 2nd birthday.
She had a blast. She loved jumping in the waves
and playing with her cousins.

26 weeks

Here I am at 26 weeks preggo- feeling big and hungry these days. I cant even talk about the weight gain anymore, looks like I am on track to gain as much as I did with Kaley. Kaley rubs my stomach and talks about her brother. I cant wait to see how she responds to him in person.

Kaley is "Two old"

that is her response when you ask her how old she is. She is having a great day. She was so excited to wake up to cupcakes and presents. Here are her 2 year old pic taken by my neighbor.
