Spring Breaks Over

I can't believe spring break is already over, I am really sad. We had fun. My mom, sister, and dad came down the first weekend. Mom and Haley brought a ton of clothes that they bought at Devine Consignment. ( Look at her closet and she is months away from being here.)

After they left, I spent time relaxing and I went birthday shopping for Cole. The second weekend Cole was off so we got to go on the boat a few times. We caught a lot of fish, they were just undersized trout so it really doesn't count.

I am going on 29 weeks and realized I haven't taken a picture of myself in a while. I don't feel like I have really changed in the last couple of weeks as much.

I have my Dr appointment tomorrow at 1:30 so I will be taking a half day off of school. They will be doing the gestational diabetes test. I am nervous because I know she is going to tell me that I have gained too much weight AGAIN. I really have been watching what I eat but I am just more hungry.

I am looking forward to my baby shower in Beaumont on April 4 and then the next weekend I have one in Dallas on April 11. YEAH!!

Oysterfest

A few weeks ago we went to the Oysterfest in Rockport. It wasn't too exciting but the weather was pretty. They had a parade that was actually really long, food and a few crafts. We didnt find anything worth buying but it was fun.

And I got to pet a monkey!!!

Rattle

Well last Friday night Cole and I were going to fry fish but we needed some oil. I told Cole that I would drive him to the store and he could run it and get it. We were probably gone about 15 minutes. When we got back it was really dark outside. I was nervous to walk through the grass because that day at school the other teachers and I were talking about rattlesnakes. The words were coming out of my mouth to tell Cole the stories about the snakes when he screamed. Then I heard the "rattle." Cole stepped on a rattlesnake in our driveway. THANK GOODNESS it did not get him. I couldn't see him because he walked through the car and boat and I went through the grass. He said he stepped on it and turned around to see what it was that he had just stepped on when he heard the rattle and jumped as far away as he could. He gave me all the stuff from the store, got a flashlight and a shovel, and went out to try to kill the snake. It was actually in the exact same spot. Cole killed it with a shovel. YEAH!!!!

Now I am very paranoid.

Last week of my 2nd Trimester!! WOW!

I cant believe that I am almost done with the 2nd trimester, it has gone by so fast.

Today at school we had a chili cook-off because we have been learning about Texas and my chili got 2nd place. Yea!!!! Thanks Mama.

Video Camera

These bees were in our water meter box. The guy couldn't read it so he has to spray and come back later. I wasn't home so Cole used our new video camera to record it. Brant came this weekend to pick up his puppy and fixed the computer so we can now put videos on the computer. YEA!!!
